Title: Greek Olive Bread Categories: Bread machi, Breads, Low fat Yield: 12 Servings 1 c Water 2 tb Water 1 tb Olive Oil 3 c Bread Flour 2 tb Sugar 1 ts Salt 1 1/4 ts Yeast 1/2 c Olives; Ripe, Pitted, -Kalamata, Coarsely Chopped Carefully, placing all ingredients except olives in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Add olives at the Raisin/Nut signal or 5 to 10 minutes before last kneading cycle ends. Select basic/white cycle. Use medium or light crust color. Do not use delay cycles.
