Title: Green Bean Casserole Categories: Vegetables, Side dish Yield: 1 Recipe 1 c Quick Brown Rice 2 c Water 2 c Milk 2 c Grated cheese 1 Onion; chopped 1 c Mushrooms, sliced 1 tb Whole wheat flour 1 ts Dill 1/2 ts Paprika 1/2 ts Salt (optional) 10 oz Pkg. French-cut green beans Sliced almonds (optional) Cook rice in water until tender (about 10 minutes). In a double boiler, combine remaining ingredients (except beans and almonds), and cook until mixture starts to thicken.
