Title: Green Chile Stew Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 8 Green NM chiles; RP&S, -roughly chopped 2 lb Left over brisket or pork; -chopped 2 lg Onions; chopped 2 Cloves garlic; minced 2 sm Tomatoes; chopped 1 lg Potato; diced 1 qt Beef broth Saute onion and add garlic. Then add chiles and tomatoes. Cook 5 minutes. Add broth and potatoes. Bring to boil and simmer 20 minutes. Add meat and simmer until potatoes and done.
