Title: Green Giant Harvest Burgers Crumbles Chili Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1/2 Bag Harvest Burger crumbles 1 cn Stewed tomatoes 1 cn RoTel tomatoes with chilis 1 cn Beans of your choice; -(tonight I am using pinto -beans cooked from dry) (up -to 2) 1 c Frozen corn; (up to 2) Chili powder and salt to -taste 3 Carrots; chopped (up to 4) 3 Stalks of celery; chopped -(up to 4) 1 Onion; chopped 1/2 lg Green pepper; chopped 2 c Water or until consistency -is what you want; (up to 3) I've recently discovered the Green Giant Harvest Burgers for Recipes - crumbles which come in a zip-lock bag ready to add to whatever. Very convenient! They are fat-free and high-fiber. 2/3 cup have 15 grams of protein, 90 calories. I find them great in chili - just made a huge pot in about 10 minutes. This is what I used: I tend to make chili with more vegetables than most recipes call for so it is like a chili vegetable soup - I also add broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, etc. - whatever I happen to have, but the above ingredients are usually my minimum.
