1/2 c Plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 c Nonfat mayonnaise
1/4 c Chopped fresh parsley
1 tb White wine vinegar
1 tb Minced onion
1 tb Chopped scallion
1/2 ts Dried tarragon leaves

Here are a few wonderful dressing recipes from Sarah Schlesinger's cookbook
"500 Fat Free Recipes."

Place all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk until well combined. Chill for 1
hour. Serves 6 at 2 Tbsp. each. 26 calories per serving. 0.05 g fat per
serving. 2% fat. NOTE: Serve over sliced steamed new red potatoes and
steamed green vegetables.
