Yield: 8 Servings

2 pk Frozen green peas
2 c Celery; finely chopped
1/2 c Chopped green onion with
-tops
1 c Sour cream
12 sl Bacon
1 Jar whole cashews
Salt & pepper to taste

Thaw peas slightly so then may be mixed into salad; do not cook! Fry bacon
until crisp; crumble. Mix first six ingredients together; salt & pepper to
taste & refrigerate until serving time.
