-removed; cut in half
1 cn (small) artichoke hearts
-packed in water -or-
1/2 lb Frozen artichoke hearts
1 Fresh red bell pepper;
-chopped -or_
1 cn Pimiento; rinsed in cold
-water and chopped
4 Cloves garlic; minced fine
1 c Red wine vinegar (or rice
-wine vinegar)
1 ts Oregano
1 ts Thyme
1 tb Dijon mustard
2 tb Frozen Apple juice
-concentrate
1 tb Tamari (or soy sauce)
