Title: Grilled Chicken Marinade Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1/2 c Orange juice 1/4 c Fresh lemon juice 1 ts Dijon style mustard 1 ts Worcestershire 1/4 c Canola oil 2 Minced cloves of garlic (up -to 3) 1/4 c Chopped fresh parsley 1 ts Dried oregano Salt and fresh ground pepper -to taste Here is a nice marinade for grilled chicken breast or chicken wings. The combination of citrus goes well with the herbs. Marinate chicken breasts 3-4 hours in this mixture or wings 4-6 hours. It also works well for cooking in the skillet too. (If you can't get fresh parsley, use 1 tablespoon dried.) Combine the juices, mustard and worcestershire in a nonreactive bowl. Whisk in the oil a little at a time.
