Title: Grilled Chicken Sate Categories: Chicken Yield: 6 Servings 3 Whole boned and skinned -chicken breasts ----------------------------------MARINADE---------------------------------- 2 tb Soy sauce 1/2 c Peanut oil 2 tb Ginger root; chopped 1 ts Ground cumin 1 ts Ground coriander 2 tb Brown sugar 1/2 ts Chili powder 1. Cut chicken breasts into strips. 2. Combine marinade ingredient and add to chicken; marinate 2 hours or overnight. 3. Thread chicken on presoaked bamboo skewers and grill over medium heat until cooked thoroughly. 4. Serve with favorite peanut sauce.
