Grilled Fish
Title: Grilled Fish Categories: Fish Yield: 999 Servings Whole fish or fillets Celery leaves Pepper Lemon juice Fresh parsley Thinly sliced onions Seasoned salt Margarine Select whole fish or fillets suitable for baking. Wash and dry well. Make a bed of parsley, celery leaves, and thinly sliced onion on a sheet of heavy duty foil. Place fish on foil; sprinkle with pepper, seasoned salt, and lemon juice. Dot with margarine; cover with parsley, celery leaves, and onions. Seal foil with double fold. Preheat gas grill. Cook, with cover down, on medium setting for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. "note" the number 1 and x means as desired.
