6 oz Cream cheese
1 c Gruyere cheese; shredded
1 tb Milk
1 1/2 ts Prepared mustard
1/2 c Apple; peeled and shredded
1 1/2 ts Chives; chopped

Beat cream cheese, blend in Gruyere, milk, and mustard. Stir in remaining
ingredients.
