Title: Guerrini Chicken Wings

2 lb To 3 lb chicken wings
1 1/2 ts Salt
7 tb Cornstarch
2 Cloves garlic, minced
4 tb Flour
2 Eggs
5 tb Soy sauce
4 tb Sugar
1 tb Toasted sesame seeds
2 Green onions, chopped
Oil for frying

Mix all ingredients except oil and chicken. Add chicken to mixture and
marinate overnight in the refrigerator, turning occasionally to coat. Deep
fry until golden brown.
