Title: Gumdrop Tea Bread Categories: Desserts, Eggs, Fruits Yield: 10 Servings 2 c Flour 2 ts Baking Powder 1/4 c Sugar -- or substitute 1 ts Cinnamon 1 ts Salt 1/4 ts Mace 1/4 ts Nutmeg 2 tb Prune -- puree or margarine 1 Egg Beaters. 99% Egg Substitute 1 c Nonfat Milk 1/2 c Raisins 1/2 c Gumdrops -- diced, no black Ones 4 tb Flour Sift all dry ingredients except the 4 T flour for dredging the fruit and candy. Add liquid to the dry ingredients mixing smooth; don't beat. Dredge raisins and gumdrops in flour. Add to the batter. Put in prepared lof pan. Let sit 20 min. Bake 45 min in 350 deg. F. oven.
