Title: Ham and Cheese Muffins

Yield: 12 Servings

1/2 c Milk
3/4 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
3 tb Vegetable oil
1/3 c Onion; chopped
1 Egg
1/3 c Bell pepper; chopped
1 1/2 c Bisquick® baking mix
1/2 c Ham; chopped

Heat oven to 400. Spray 12 medium muffin cups with non-stick spray. Beat
milk, oil and eggs slightly in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients
with a fork until moistened. Divide batter evenly among cups. Bake until
golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm.
