Title: Ham and Cheese Pasta Casserole Categories: Casseroles, Ellen's own, One-dish me, Pasta Yield: 4 Servings 2 c Cooked pasta 1 c Cooked ham; cubed 2 md Leeks, sauteed in butter; -sliced thin 1 10-oz pkg frozen chopped -spinach; thawed and drained 1 4-oz. can mushroom stems and -pieces; drained 1 cn Cream of mushroom soup 4 oz Swiss cheese; grated Salt & pepper; to taste Seasoned bread crumbs Cooking spray Preheat oven to 350F. Mix well all ingredients *except* bread crumbs; turn into prepared 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs and bake ~30 minutes.
