Title: Ham and Chicken Au Gratin Categories: Casseroles, Ham, Rice, Left chick Yield: 4 Servings 1/3 c Butter 1/8 ts Nutmeg 2/3 c Onions; chopped 1/8 ts Pepper 1/3 c Flour 3 c Ham; cooked, diced 3 c Milk 2 c Chicken; cooked, diced 1/4 ts Salt 1 c Sharp cheddar cheese; cut up 2 c Rice; cooked 1/2 c Buttered fresh breadcrumbs Preheat oven to 350~. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat; saute onions til tender. Stir in flour; slowly add milk, stirring constantly til thickened. Combine with remaining ingredients except crumbs in casserole.
