Title: Ham and Potato Salad Categories: Salads Yield: 6 Servings 1 lb Red potatoes (about 3 cups); -cut into 1/2 in wedges 1 pk Frozen mixed vegetables (16 -oz) 1/3 c Mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/3 c Sour cream 1/2 c Green onions; sliced 1 ts Pepper 1/2 ts Salt 3 c Cooked ham (about 1 lb); -chopped 1. Cook potatoes, covered in boiling water to cover 10 minutes or until tender (don't overcook). Drain and set aside. 2. Cook frozen mixed vegetables according to package directions; drain and set aside. 3. Combine mayonnaise and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Gently stir in potatoes, vegetables and ham.
