Ham and Rice Casserole
Title: Ham and Rice Casserole Categories: Bobbie not, Casseroles, Ham, Main dishes, Onions Yield: 6 Servings 4 c Tomatoes; peeled/chopped 3 c Cooked ham; chopped 1/2 c Water 2 md Green peppers; chopped 2 sm Onions; chopped 1 sm Garlic clove; minced 3/4 c Uncooked regular rice 2 tb Margarine; melted 2 tb Catsup 1 ts Salt 1/4 ts Pepper Combine tomatoes, ham, water, green pepper, onion, garlic, rice, margarine, catsup, salt and pepper. Stir well. Spoon into lightly greased 3 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 F. for one hour. Serves 6-8.
