Hamburger Chilaquiles
Title: Hamburger Chilaquiles Categories: Crs, Totest, Post, Chopmeat Yield: 8 Servings 1 lb Ground beef 1 md Onion, chopped 1 pk (1 1/4 oz) taco seasoning 1 c (4 oz) chopped green Chilies 1 c (28 oz) whole tomatoes with Liquid, cut up 1/2 pk (12 oz) tortilla chips 4 c (16 oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1/2 c Sour cream 1 c (4 oz) shredded cheddar Cheese Cook ground beef and onion unil meat browns and onion is tender; drain. Stir taco seasoning, chilies and tomatoes. Simmer for 15 mins. uncovered. Place half the tortilla chips in a 13X9X2 baking dish.
