Title: Happy Birthday, Newport News, Cookie, 4th Place Categories: Import Yield: 36 Servings 1 Yellow cake mix 2 Eggs 1/4 c Oil 1/4 c Water 1 c Peanut butter 3/4 c Sugar Mix all ingredients. Batter will be stiff. Sprinkle flour on work surface. Knead the dough until thoroughly blended, using extra flour if necessary. Divide dough into 2 or 3 parts. Roll dough to less than 1/2-inch thickness. Cut shapes with birthday cake cookie cutter. Place in pan lightly sprayed with Pam. With a knife, mark "NN" on the uncooked cookie. Lightly sprinkle sugar on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 to 9 minutes, depending on oven. Allow to cool for 3 to 4 minutes before removing from pan.
