Title: Hawaiian Cole Slaw

Yield: 8 Servings

1 lg Head cabbage; shredded
1 lg Carrot; grated
1 lg Green pepper; grated
3/4 c Crushed pineapple; drained
1/4 c Sugar
2 c Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper; to taste
1 tb Horseradish; drained
-(optional) (up to 2)

Combine all ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Chill for at least 1
hour.
