Title: Hawaiian Dessert Categories: Dessert Yield: 12 Servings 1 Box (18.25-oz) yellow cake -mix 3 pk (3.4-oz) instant pudding 4 c Milk 1 1/2 ts Coconut extract 1 pk (8-oz) cream cheese 1 cn (12-oz) crushed pineapple Cool whip 2 c Coconut; toasted Mix cake according to package directions. Pour into 13x9x2-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool completely. In large bowl combine pudding, milk and extract. Beat 2 minutes. Stir in pineapple. Spread over cake. Top with cool whip. Sprinkle with coconut. Chill 2 hours.
