6 oz 96% fat-free cooked ham;
-diced
1 cn (8 oz.) pineapple tidbits in
-unsweetened juice; drained
1/2 c Chopped carrot
1/4 c Fat-free mayonnaise or salad
-dressing
1 tb Honey mustard
3 Pocket; (6 inch) (pita)
-breads, halved
6 Lettuce leaves

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except pocket breads and lettuce;
mix well. Line each pocket bread half with lettuce leaf; fill with scant
1/3 cup ham salad. Makes 6 sandwiches.
