Title: Hearty Beef Stew

2 lb Stew meat
4 md Potatoes; diced
3 Carrots; sliced
1/2 lg Onion; chopped
3 Stalks celery; sliced
1 cn Tomatoes - 28 oz.
1/2 c Quick cooking tapioca
2 Bay leaves

Put all ingredients in crock pot. Mix thoroughly. Cover and cook on low 10
to
12 hours or High 5 to 6 hours.
