Title: Heavenly Hash Cake Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings ------------------------------------CAKE------------------------------------ 4 Eggs 2 c Sugar 2 Sticks soft butter or -margarine 1 1/3 c Self-rising flour 4 tb Cocoa 1 c Chopped nuts; (up to 2) 2 ts Vanilla 1 pk (small) large marshmellows -----------------------------------ICING----------------------------------- 1 Box confectioner's sugar 4 tb Cocoa 1/2 c Evaporated milk 4 tb Melted butter Here's a Heavenly Hash Cake from Charleston Receipts Repeats: Cake: Preheat oven to 350. Mix by hand the eggs , sugar, and butter. In separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa, nuts, and vanilla. Add this to egg mixture. Make in well-greased and floured 9x13 pan for 20-25 minutes. When done, cut large marshmellows in half and place on cake while hot. Return to oven for a few minutes more. Icing: Combine all and stir until smooth. Pour over hot cake and marshmellows.
