1 Heads romaine lettuce,
-broken in approx. 1/2 inch
-squares (up to 2)
1 lg Red onion, diced
1 Bags tortilla or corn chips,
-crumbled (up to 2)
2 Avocados, diced
2 cn (2 oz.) sliced black olives
2 lg Tomatoes, diced (up to 3)
1/2 lb Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
4 oz Can diced green chilies

----------------------------------DRESSING----------------------------------
1 cn (7 oz) green chile salsa
1/2 ts Chili powder
1 1/2 c Mayonnaise
1/3 c Ketchup

Mix and chill. Combine salad ingredients in large bowl, adding chips and
avocados last. Toss gently, adding just enough chilled dressing to coat
well. 6-8 servings.
