Title: Herb-Crusted Salmon Steaks Categories: Fish Yield: 6 Servings 1/4 c Dried basil 1/4 c Dried thyme 1/4 c Dried oregano 1 ts Dried rosemary 1 tb Black peppercorns 1/4 c Flour 1 ts Salt 3 tb Olive oil 6 Salmon steaks or fillets From: Fran Date: Wed, 7 Aug 1996 19:45:20 -0500 Combine herbs and peppercorns and grind in spice grinder until fine.
