Title: Herb-Crusted Salmon Steaks

Yield: 6 Servings

1/4 c Dried basil
1/4 c Dried thyme
1/4 c Dried oregano
1 ts Dried rosemary
1 tb Black peppercorns
1/4 c Flour
1 ts Salt
3 tb Olive oil
6 Salmon steaks or fillets

Combine herbs and peppercorns and grind in spice grinder until fine. Add
flour and salt and dredge salmon steaks in mixture. Brush steaks with oil.
Bake in a 400 degree oven 8-10 minutes.
