Title: Herbed Cheese Spread Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 2 pk (3 oz each) cream cheese; -softened 1 ts Minced parsley 1/4 ts Minced garlic 1/4 ts Salt 1/4 ts Black pepper 1/4 ts Lemon juice Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl, cover, and refrigerate at least two hours to allow the flavors to blend. Will keep seven days refrigerated in a tightly sealed container. To freeze, shape the cheese spread into a log and cover with plastic wrap, then aluminum foil. Will keep 3 months at 0 degrees.
