Title: Herbed Chicken and Brown Rice Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 4 Chicken breasts 2 tb Butter 2 Minced cloves garlic (up to -3) 1 ts Oregeno 1 ts Sage 1 ts Rosemary 1 ts Thyme Melt butter with garlic. Then add herbs. Pour herbs and butter over chicken cover and bake at 350 for about 40 mins. Best if served with brown rice....The herbs really mix well with the flavor.
