Title: Herbed Pork Chops with Rice Categories: Pork Yield: 4 Servings 1 c Sliced Mushrooms 1 Clove Garlic; Minced 1 ts Dried Rosemary; Crushed 1/4 ts Salt 4 Pork Loin Chops 1 cn Cream Of Mushroom Soup 3/4 c Converted Rice Saute mushrooms in lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes Combine garlic, rosemary, and salt. Rub into pork chops. Brown chops whith mushrooms - 5 minutes. Stir in soup, 1 can water and rice. Simmer covered 25 minutes.
