Title: Herbed Shrimp Dunk Categories: Appetizers, Cold, Dips Yield: 1 Servings 2 Sprigs fresh parsley 1 Sprig fresh dill 10 Fresh blades of chives 3 Peppercorns 1 c Diced cooked shrimp 1 c Sour cream 1/4 c Dry sherry 3/4 ts Salt 1/2 ts Paprika In covered blender jar, blend herbs at low speed until coarsely chopped; add peppercorns; blend until coarsely ground. Add remaining ingredients; blend until smooth. Chill. Garnish with additional coarsely cut chives. Serve with raw vegetable spears or shrimp. Makes about 1 3/4 cup.
