Title: Hippo Pot De Mousse Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 16 lb Bitter chocolate 2 lb White sugar 2 lb Brown sugar 1 c Vanilla 11 ga Heavy cream In a LARGE pan, melt chocolate over boiling water. Add sugars and vanilla. cook for about 3 days until sugars are dissolved. Set aside to cool. In a well-scrubbed bath tub, whip the cream with a Jacuzzi pump until sitff. When you have recovered, fold the chocolate mixture into the cream. Shovel into serving bowls. Serves 3.
