Title: Hoisin Chicken Categories: Poultry, Tried and t Yield: 6 Servings 1 ts Soy sauce 1 ts Honey 3 tb Hoisin sauce 2 tb Sherry 1 ts Fresh ginger root, grated 2 Cloves garlic, minced 3 lb Chicken breast halves -without skin Combine all ingredients except chicken. Generously coat chicken with hoisin sauce mixture. Place pieces in a glass dish, cover and refridgerate. Reserve any marinade for basting.let the chicken marinate for several hours but not more than 8 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degree. Place chicken pieces in a baking dish removing excess sauce. Bake for 35-40 mins. Brush with marinade every 10 mins.
