Title: Homemade French Dressing Mix

1/4 c Sugar
1 1/2 ts Paprika
1 ts Dry mustard
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Onion powder

Combine all ingredients in a small until evenly distributed. Put mixture
in a foil packet or small glass jar. Label with date and ingredients.
Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 6 months.

Variation: Use an herb flavored vinegar, or add dried herbs to taste.

Makes 1 packet, or about 5 tb, Homemade French Dressing Mix.
