Title: Honey Curried Chicken Categories: Chicken Yield: 4 Servings 1/4 c Margarine 1/2 c Honey 1/4 c Prepared mustard 1 ts Salt 1 ts Curry powder 3 lb Chicken; cut up Melt margarine in a casserole in a 225 oven. Stir in honey, mustard, salt and curry. Roll chicken pieces in mixture and arrange in a single layer in the baking dish. Bake at 375 oven for 1 hour or until fork tender.
