Title: Honey Glazed Chicken Categories: All newly t, Bbq/grill, Poultry Yield: 6 Servings 1/2 c Honey 2 tb Reduced sodium chicken broth 2 tb Mustard 1/2 ts Grated lemon peel 2 tb Lemon juice 1/4 ts Salt 3 lb Cut-up broiler fryer -chicken, skin removed Heat coals or gas grill. Mix all ingredients except chicken. Cover and grill chicken, bone sides down, 5-6 from medium heat 15-30 minutes. Turn chicken. Cover and grill 20-40 minutes longer, turning and brushing 2 or 3 times with honey mixture, until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut.
