Title: Honey Mustard Chicken Salad

1/3 c Mayo, lowfat
2 ts Honey
2 ts Mustard, spicy, brown
1/8 TsPepper
1 lb Chicken, breast; cookd/cubed
2 Apple; sliced thin
Salad greens

Whisk together mayo, honey, mustard, pepper. Combine with cubed chicken.

Serve chicken on salad greens. Garnish each serving with
1/2 apple, sliced thin.

Per serving: 235 calories/5.6 g fat/3 g fiber
