Title: Honey Raisin Walnut Scones Categories: Breakfast, Brunch, Foodservice, Fruit, Baked Yield: 48 Servings 1 1/2 Lb. margarine 2 1/2 Lb. whole wheat flour 3 oz Baking powder 3/4 oz Baking soda 12 oz Egg 6 oz Honey 14 oz Golden raisins 10 oz Walnuts 1 3/4 Lb. yogurt 22 3/4 oz Orange Cut margarine into whole wheat flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add remaining ingredients and lightly combine to incorporate on 1st speed of 3-speed mixer. Place dough on floured surface and roll even 2" thick. Cut with biscuit cutter.
