Title: Honey Seed Rolls Categories: Breads Yield: 12 Servings 1 lb Bread dough; thawed 1 Egg yolk; beaten 2 tb Honey 1 tb Olive oil 1/3 c Sunflower seeds * Can also use poppy seeds, sesame seeds, caraway seeds, or fennel seeds. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a 12 x 10 rectangle. In a small bowl stir together egg yolk, honey and oil; brush onto dough. Sprinkle with desired seeds. Roll up dough from one of the long sides. Seal seams. Slice dough crosswise into twelve 1 inch thick pieces. Place in greased muffin pans. Cove; let rest for 20 minutes. Bake,uncovered, in a 350 degree oven about 20 minutes or till golden. remove from pans. Cool slightly on a wire rack. Serve warm.
