Title: Honey-Fried Chicken Strips

2 Whole large chicken breast
-(double D's we call 'em)
3/4 c Flour
1/2 c Milk
2 tb Honey
1 ts Lemon-pepper seasoning
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/3 c Parsley

Cut chicken lengthwise in one inch strips. In lg bowl mix flour, milk,
honey, lemon-pepper, salt and parsley(chopped). Stir in chicken. Heat one
inch canola oil to 325 over high heat (5qt pan). Fry chicken about 5
minutes, drain on paper towels. 4 servings, 245 cals
