Hong Kong Cabbage and Chicken
Title: Hong Kong Cabbage and Chicken Categories: Poultry Yield: 1 Servings 3 Boned chicken breasts 1/2 c Sour cream 1 md Head cabbage Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Cook the cabbage in microwave or on top of the stove until still slight- ly crisp. Sprinkle the chicken breasts lightly with ginger, salt and pepper and brown in oil.
