1/4 c Sugar
2 ts Salt

3 tb Horseradish
1 Clove garlic; crushed

In a blender jar, combine all ingredients: blen until well mixed. Keep
refrigerated. (This is great on any salad and it's easy and fast). Makes
about 2 cups.
