Title: Hot and Sour Soup #4 Categories: Soup Yield: 8 Servings 3 c Pork mixture from "Pork Stir -Fry" recipe in this -cookbook 1 cn (49.5-oz) chicken broth 1 c Sliced mushrooms 1 tb Soy sauce 1/4 ts Crushed red pepper 1/2 lb Tofu; cubed 1 1/2 c Shredded cabbage and carrot -mixed 2 tb Red wine vinegar (No instructions for this recipe! Probably can mix all ingredients in a pan, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until done.)
