Title: Hot Chicken Salad #5 Categories: Poultry Yield: 8 Servings 3 c Cooked; diced chicken 1 1/2 c Diced celery Salt to taste Pepper to taste 2 tb Finely diced onion 1 c Chopped almonds 1 c Hellmann's mayonnaise 2 tb Fresh lemon juice 1 tb Grated lemon rind 1 cn (8-oz) water chestnuts; -sliced and drained 1 cn (8-oz) black olives; diced -and drained 1 c Whole white seedless grapes 1/2 c Capers (optional) 1 c Grated Cheddar cheese Potato chips; crushed -(optional) Combine all ingredients except cheese in a 7x12 casserole dish.
