Title: Hot Marmalade Soy Dip

1/3 c Orange marmalade
1/4 c Lemon juice
1/4 c Soy sauce
1 Clove garlic; finely chopped
1 ds Ginger
1 ts Cornstarch
1 tb Cold water

Combine marmalade, lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic and ginger; bring to the
boiling point.

Dissolve cornstarch in water. Add to hot sauce and cook until thickened,
stirring constantly.

Serve hot.
