Title: Hot Parmesan Potato Salad

Yield: 6 Servings

8 sl Bacon; cooked and crumbled
4 c Sliced cooked potatoes
1/2 c Sliced green onions
1/3 c Italian dressing
1/2 c Parmesan cheese

Combine bacon, potatoes, onions and dressing in a medium saucepan. Cook
over low heat until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Remove from
heat and stir in cheese. Variation: Cook and slice potatoes and put in a
casserole. Pour sauce over and heat in oven. Yield: 6 servings.
