Title: Hot Potato Salad #2 Categories: Salad Yield: 6 Servings 4 lg Potatoes 1 ts Salt 1/2 ts Pepper 2 tb Finely chopped onion 4 tb Bacon; finely chopped 1 c Hot water 1 1/2 Beef bouillon cubes 1 tb Snipped chives Peel, cook & slice potatoes. Combine with salt, pepper & onion. Fry bacon until crispy & add to potatoes & the bouillon which has been dissolved in hot water. Add chives. Stir & serve with frankfurters.
