Title: Hot Shrimp Dip

Yield: 1 Servings

2 lb Cream cheese
8 oz Shrimp, 150 - 200 count, raw
1/2 c Yellow onion; finely chopped
1/2 c Tomato; finely chopped
1/4 c Jalapeno peppers; finely
-chopped
1 tb Garlic juice

Combine all ingredients and heat in a baine-marie (hot bath or double
boiler ) for 1 hour.

Best served with large dipping Fritos.

Keep hot, perhaps in a crockpot.
