SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
1 pn TARRAGON
1 tb DIJON MUSTARD
1/2 c OLIVE OIL
1/2 c VEGETABLE OIL

Whisk vinegar into salt, pepper, tarragon and mustard. Add oils,
continuously whisking until dressing is light and fluffy. This
light, tasty salad is a perfect accompaniment to a fish dinner.
