Title: Hungarian Cucumber Salad Categories: Salads Yield: 1 Servings 3 Cucumbers; Thinly sliced 1 c Sugar Salt 1/2 c Vinegar Sour cream ( optional ) 1 ts Paprika Black pepper; to taste 1. Place thinly sliced cucumbers in a bowl, scrub them with the salt and sugar. 2 .Let stand overnight in the fridge. 3. Squeeze out all the liquid. 4. Add vinegar, pepper. 5.
